- Tap and hold an icon until a menu pops up, then release.
- Tap Edit Home Screen.
- Drag the icon down to the dock (bottom row of the screen) and release.
- Swipe left or right on the screen until you get to the one you want.
- Tap and drag the icon from the dock to the position you want it.
- Repeat steps 3-6 for each app icon you want to rearrange.
- When you are finished, tap on an empty area, or the Done button in the top right corner, and the icons will stop wiggling.
